It all started back in 2018, in the small market town of Yarm when our master distiller wanted to create something for people to enjoy. We’ve always loved great craftsmanship and have a long-standing appreciation of well-made products.

Travelling enhances the palate and we have always enjoyed small batch produce from all over the world. We wanted to bring this back to our roots and set about creating a premium product which could be enjoyed anywhere on the globe, a gin produced in the UK.

Our location has inspired us and the urban distillery is situated in a small wynd off the cobbled high street. It is here we put into practice the craft of distilling, skills we had learnt in the UK and abroad.

Once we had the distillery up and running, we set to work on our 8 litre R & D iStill Mini to create our Signature Gin. It took plenty of attempts honing and improving the final recipe and cut points, but after much dedication we finally had our contemporary take on a London dry gin.

Following the success of our Signature Gin we created a premium naturally filtered vodka made from limestone purified spring water, British winter wheat and nothing else!

We are a small-batch craft distiller. We actually held that bottle in our hands, filled it, sealed it and labelled it. When you visit, you get to talk to the people behind Revelry Spirits and have a unique experience, witnessing the gin being crafted first-hand.
