Our Revelry Spirits gin sour cocktail recipe is guaranteed to keep your guests entertained.

A gin sour is a classic cocktail, to be a classed as a sour, the drink needs to include a base spirit (a gin sour drink uses gin), citrus juice, for example lemon or lime juice and a sweetener, like simple syrup.

A gin sour cocktail should be shaken with plenty of ice cubes first and strained. To complete, the ingredients should get a further dry shake (without ice) and strain again. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

The combination of the gin and sour mix with the simple syrup creates a sweet and sour cocktail.
