The Traditional Caipiroska
Ingredients:
25ml simple syrup
1 lime cut into quarters
2 mint leaves (optional)
50ml Revelry Premium Vodka
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Steps:
Add simple syrup, Mint leaves and Lime quarters to a shaker.
Muddle to extract the juice and oils.
Add ice, Vodka and shake until chilled.
Pour the entire drink including ice, into chilled glass and garnish.
Pineapple & Mint Caipiroska
Ingredients:
25ml Simple Syrup
6 x 1.5-inch pineapple chunks
2 Mint leaves
50ml Revelry Premium Vodka
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Steps:
Add simple syrup, Mint leaves and Pineapple chunks to a shaker.
Muddle to extract the juice.
Add ice, Vodka and shake until chilled.

25ml Simple Syrup
6 x 1.5-inch Melon chunks
2 Mint leaves

25ml Simple Syrup
6 x de-stalked and stoned Cherries
5ml Rose water
50ml Revelry Premium Vodka
Garnish: Cherry
